Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, templates, and parts must be returned complete.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Custom-made products (special size, special color) cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Email hello@crowart.com.tr with your order number and return request.

  2. After approval, pack the product securely and ship to the address above.

  3. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed.

  4. Refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

  5. Depending on your bank, refunds may take a few additional business days to appear.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Offer replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made maps (special size, custom color palette)

  • Products that have been mounted or used
