  • Production: Your order is handcrafted within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery: Shipped via FedEx or UPS. Arrives 4-5 business days after production.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number for every order.

No delivery on public holidays. Expect 1-3 additional business days of delay during holiday periods.

2. Delivery Destinations & Signature

  • Continental US (CONUS) – Delivery to all states and postcodes.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO – Delivery available, but additional time/fees may apply. Contact us before ordering.

  • Signature: Not required for standard orders. May be required for high-value orders ($500+).

  • If your order is delayed: Check your tracking number. If issues persist, email us at info@crowart.co with your order number.

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Address changes: Cannot be changed after your order has been shipped.
